The EVC Geneva center opens at 7 p.m. for emergencies.

The veterinarian will read the referral report at 7 p.m. and may contact you between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. if he needs additional information about your patient.

We ask you for a contactable telephone number.

We will send you a report the next day (weekdays) or Monday (weekends) and we will contact you for the news.
